The protection of our customers’ and website visitors’ personal data is very important to us. The following information explains our data protection practices.

Data you enter during the order process, particularly invoice and delivery addresses and other data required to complete an order, form the legal basis for agreements and are used for customer support. We use the information to process orders, deliver goods and provide services and for the payment process. Personal data are given to third parties only for the above reasons; under no circumstances will personal data be sold or given to third parties for any other reason.

When you open a customer account with us, we will store your data. This allows you to use the online shop repeatedly using only your e-mail address and password to log in, without having to enter all data again.

If third parties are charged with the fulfilment of tasks – for example the delivery of goods and packages or the processing of payments – we will make any data required to fulfil these tasks available to them. The data are not used for other purposes; moreover, the third parties are obliged to treat the information given to them in accordance with this data protection declaration and the German data protection laws.

Data transmitted by a user’s web browser are gathered for server statistics. However, these data cannot be attributed to any specific person. The stored data (IP address of the computer) are not associated with other data sources. Furthermore, when you log in the date, the time and the login identification are stored.

The electronic shopping cart temporarily stores files (cookies) which are deleted again when you exit the browser software.
